DISNEY, DUBLIN AND FESTIVAL FUN

As the days get colder and the rain more frequent, I've found myself looking back through photos from the summer. I was lucky to have a very busy few months after finishing my first year of university and had the best time so I thought I'd do a recap of everything I got up to. Festivals I'd never been to a festival before and this year I went to 3! The first was The Isle of Wight Festival which was just amazing and I definitely think it's a festival for everyone to enjoy. We were able to see some amazing artists including Lewis Capaldi, Tom Grennan, The Kooks, Rudimental, Madness, Shaggy and so many more. I did end up burning myself really badly on the first day, despite frequently applying suncream but that was a small price to pay and I've already planned to go again in 2023!  I also went to Boomtown which is a different kind of experience music wise but was so good to spend time with my boyfriend - Ryan and our friends. Also, the sets were incredible, and the eff

BLOGMAS: CHRISTMAS THIS OR THAT

I feel like everyone has certain preferences and traditions about what makes Christmas, the Christmas they know and love, so I thought I'd incorporate that into a 'this or that' post! Real or fake tree? I love having a real tree, they smell so Christmassy and we got ours this weekend!  Christmas Eve or Christmas Day? It has to be Christmas Day for me, it's my favourite day of the year because it's all so much fun! Also, you can't beat Christmas Dinner, can you! It's so exciting, I don't think I could wait and spread it out through the day, haha! Eggnog or hot chocolate? Hot chocolate is my go-to drink around this time of the year so this is an easy one for me. A classic hot chocolate or I also enjoy peppermint, chocolate orange and cinnamon flavoured o

BLOGMAS: MY FAVOURITE CHRISTMAS MOVIES

There's nothing better than chilling with a warm blanket (hot chocolate and snacks at the ready) to watch a Christmas movie is there? This year I've made it my mission to watch as many as possible and have decided to make a list of my all time favourites and the classics that everyone needs to watch this Christmas. A no brainer and my absolute favourite. Elf really is the perfect feel good movie to watch during the festive season and Buddy's love of Christmas is infectious. As a huge lover of Christmas I do feel like I relate to his passion for Christmas and personally think I would have made a great elf, should I have grown up in the North Pole - but hey, I guess that is one talent wasted! Without fail I will always watch this movie, usually multiple times because it never gets old and that is why I've had to put it at the top of this list! Another one for the family and a true classic. The Grinch is a oddly lovable character and the adaption of Dr. Se
